Yuki is the co-founder of Harboring Hearts, a non-profit dedicated to providing support to families whose loved ones are undergoing heart transplants and other life changing cardiac procedures. Yuki, a congenital heart defect survivor herself, was inspired to start Harboring Hearts by her first hand experience as a caregiver for her father who is a heart attack survivor and heart transplant recipient.
